Being Inside the Outside

 

Whereas daylight’s grace might recognize

the trodden faces standing at the edge

along the uncertain path to perdition

the night’s cold embrace forbids any fiction

and rather punishing and unforgiving to foolish eyes

that dare walk out unto the darken outside

unprepared; hoping to find a hearth being inside

 the dwelling places that fate denies

or memory’s love lost  in lonely disguise.

Inside the Outside

 

 

As light quanta

exerts stimulation

and applies attraction

a gravitational

tie exists...

 

As falling drops of water

stream in mighty magnitude

upon the arid ground

gathering with self import

a  river will rage...

 

As ceaseless thoughts

consume the silence

and promote calm

to the very edge of insanity

ego will prevail...

 

As the brightness

is lowered to a dimness-

then connection is broken-

ocean deep waters retain a timelessness-

and presence - finds infinity.
